LifeFish Cross Post: Ivey & Benyamine's Transactions With Full Tilt Poker

A cross post from LifeFish while I'm in transit.

Noah Stephens-Davidowitz (NoahSD) has published an article on his fast growing Subject Poker (S:P) news site. NoahSD claims to have raw data (albeit with a few gaps), which shows transactions between Full Tilt Poker and both Phil Ivey and David Benyamine. The article basically details that Phil Ivey borrowed around $10million dollars from FTP over the last few years. In addition, it suggests David Benyamine was earning around $500,000 a year to represent the company. The Benyamine revelation seems to be the most concerning. If he was getting paid like that, it is fairly likely all the other Team Full Tilt members were getting paid at least the same. With Full Tilt players still without their money, the fact that so much has been paid to these guys raises serious questions about the ethics of them living off their Full Tilt riches while the players are left in the lurch.

But I think the Benyamine thing is far more troubling than the Ivey thing IMO. If Benyamine was making 500K/year, who the **** knows what some of these other people were making.
The Ivey thing has the potential to be absolutely ****ing awful, but it's much harder to deciper exactly what is going on with the loans.

1) We have the raw data. This isn't a rumor.
2) We weren't given this data by someone who was looking to harm somebody. We got this data because I went looking for it
